Wok On Rodger! The wok is an ideal kitchen tool for two reasons; it is a great quick cooking method so healthy meals are ready fast and you can steam fry easily in a wok. Steam frying is an easy, healthy alternative that yields a lighter, less greasy meal. Wok on the wild side! Send me your favorite stir fry recipe and let's share it with the Delicious Revolution crew!

To your good health.

its all I buy too. I am a HUGE fan of their hard anodized line. Its about 50% as effective as teflon coating, but it has NONE of the ill side effects teflon can have. (i.e. peeling, being scraped off, ending up in my body, etc.).

They tend to get dirtier, and require a little bit of elbow grease, but nothing like stainless steel pans, where somehow even soup sticks to them!

But honestly my main and most important cooking vessel is my $12 wok. I frickin love the wok, I dont even bother with oil when I cook in it, I just use whatever juices/water/whatever comes out of the veggies I cook and just keep it moving. The wok is a brilliant piece of engineering if ya ask me.
