I spent today shopping for supermodel produce for a big film shoot tomorrow.  Four markets and a healthfood store later, the edible models are ready for camera.  Tomorrow starts a rigorous schedule of filming, recording, and photo shoots.  I am excited and anxious to be standing on the verge of completing a product I was put here to share with people.  The launch of Rocking Body Raw Food is in total alignment with how I love to eat.  By the time The Delicious Revolution came out, I was already experimenting with raw foods and feeling their massive benefits.  Without question, I enjoyed the launch of my first book, but my heart had moved on to incorporate far more living cuisine.  The Delicious Revolution is an excellent starting point for people who want to develop their healthy cooking skills and move toward a diet rich in fresh produce, but I was jonesing to share more of the living dishes I had mastered.  I continue to share the Delicious Revolution recipes in cooking classes and on our YouTube Channel, but I understand how bands must feel when they tour to support a previous album when they have a slew of new songs they want to share.  I am thrilled and thankful that The Delicious Revolution is being well received and I excitedly, almost impatiently, await sharing the new project.  Rocking Body Raw Food is 14 days of all living cuisine.

The two week diet is a cleanse that focuses on enzymes and alkalization for loosing weight and gaining energy, natural byproducts of “going raw”.  It has a full video tutorials available for each and every day, making it easy to follow.  After completing 14 days on the raw diet, not only will you guys have Rocking Bodies, but you will also have the know-how to make basic raw meals.  You will know how to make pates, cheese and milks from nuts and seeds.  You will be able to make mouth watering desserts with no processed sugars, dairy, gluten, wheat or soy.  You will master salads and soups that are quick, easy and nutrient dense.
