Full of protein and amino acids, this shake is a favorite at our house. The ingredients listed are for one shake, so multiply by however many mouths your feeding. Whip it all up together in the Vita Mix and off you go. It’s a vegetarian, vegan, raw, alkalarian breakfast on the go.

1 banana
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
