A Raw Food Diet Side Effect that ROCKS…
My favorite side effect of doing the Rocking Body Raw Food Diet was that my cellulite melted away like the butter I ate to get it in the first place! I wasn’t looking to loose weight, and I don’t think I really did (don’t own or rely on the scale as a measure of health), but my body changed slightly. I can’t explain it and I don’t know if that happens with everyone. But I do know that a very safe place to store toxins is in chunks of fatty tissue like those that formerly inhabited my thighs & butt. My suspicion is that when my body got a break from processed foods, cheese, meat, flour and was nourished with fresh, living foods it had the time to “clean house”. What a massive bonus it is to have my body’s spring cleaning also spruce up the look of my booty thereby boosting my confidence. That is a win win situation.
I wish I had before and after shots for you, but I am a vain woman who would promptly order the execution of anyone attempting to take brightly lit photos of the a fore mentioned bumps! I can tell you that since the cleanse I’ve taken every opportunity to hit the beach in my bikini. I leave my she’s-so-shy-wrap at home and bare my bump-free bottom with pride, effortlessly capturing my husbands attention every time I saunter by. Yet another BONUS – more attention from my hottie hubby.
