Time for me to admit defeat. In the video below I’ll share with you my failure to meet the financial challenge of feeding my family a healthy diet on $150 per week. I remain committed to eating a healthy diet on a budget, so I will share with you the challenges I discovered and the way I intend to overcome these challenges. I am LOVING the way I feel on a high raw diet and I am making the meals work for my meat & cheese eaters in the family too. Here is the update for this week.

THANK YOU… the tips I have gotten thus far in this challenge have been VERY helpful. If you haven’t been following them, my FAVORITE tip was to go to 99Ranch (an Asian market) to get young coconuts. I’ve cut the cost by more than 100%. That suggestion came from Rodger! The best thing is that the coconuts seem even fresher, probably becasue the y sell a much higher volume.
