Eating a healthy diet with lots of raw foods, whole foods and superfoods gives you a natural edge in working out and staying lean. But, eating right won’t give you six pack abs and a perky butt!
I’ve asked fitness expert Yuri Elkaim the owner of Total Wellness Consulting, the author of Eating For Energy to give us some targeted exercises for our abs & asses.He made us two fabulous custom videos! Today’s video focuses strictly on abs, but when I do this I feel like my whole core is getting a fabulous work out. I noticed a difference in my yoga practice after doing this routine.
