My gorgeous, generous, perfect man got me an early birthday gift. It’s a Kodak ZI8 digital video camera. It is as user friendly as the Flip but it also has an audio input jack. That means I can get great audio even on the short videos I’ve been wanting to make for the blog. Check it out. In this video I make a delicious Walnut Pesto Paté. Since walnuts are not my family’s favorite nut (that would be Drew- oxxo), this is one way I can include these little health gems in our diet.
