I’m a big Jamie Oliver fan for lots of reasons, not the least of which that he has an app for the iPhone that I am totally jealous of! He is adorable, passionate and a damn fine chef. He is definitely more meat and potatoes than I am, but we share a common goal: to get people to eat a healthy diet. His talks resonate with me. We share a passion for cooking and a burning desire for people to step into the power they have over their health, more accurately their WHOLE LIVES, through eating whole, real foods. Here is Jamie’s TED Talk.
It inspires me to see the healthy food being addressed by TED again and again. If you have not see the videos below, take a moment to dig deeper. You may find an inspiring idea to share with your community.
